Este é o efeito Zappos sobre os consumidores, resultado de uma empresa focada na experiência do consumidor.

Tudo começa dentro da própria empresa. A Zappos trata seus funcionários bem, de forma que eles tratem os clientes da mesma maneira. Vejam o comentário de Tony Schwartz sobre sua visita à Zappos:

Hsieh and his team have figured out something that I’ve seen in very few companies: how you treat employees is how they’ll treat the company’s customers and clients. “I don’t want us to be a shoe company that provides great service,” Hsieh told me. “I want us to be a great service company that can sell anything.”
